Leaf Tea (Mulberry Leaf, Hydrangea, Green Tea)
  • 01. Ingredients Washing
    After visual inspection, impurities and contami- nants are removed through washing
  • 02. Cutting
    Cutting of ingredients to make processing easy
  • 03. Fixation
    Steam ingredients for 10-15 minutes at 100℃~ 120℃ temperature in a heating pan
  • 04. Rolling
    Rub and roll leaves and cause damage on leaves to induce faster infusing of flavor in the tea water
  • 05. Selection
    Separation of grouped tea leaves and removing impurities caused by rubbing process
  • 06. Drying
    Drying of selected tea leaves for 6-8 hours at 45~ 55℃ inside a heat dryer
  • 07. Panning
    Panning of dried leaves in a steaming pan to increase its unique scent and flavor
  • 08. Selection
    Impurities remove after the curing and before the packaging
  • 09. Tea Packaging
    Packaging of selected tea leaves using pyramid tea-packaging machine
  • 10. Package Inspection
    Check for any mispackaging and do the final packaging
Chrysanthemum Tea
  • 01. Ingredients Washing
    After visual inspection, impurities and contaminants are removed through washing
  • 02. Parboil
    Parboiling chrysanthemum slightly in the water added with 1% salt, dates and licorice root
  • 03.Rolling
    Hand rubbing of parboiled chrysanthemum into round shapes
  • 04. Drying
    Drying of selected chrysanthemum in heated dryer at 45~ 55℃ temperature for 6-8 hours
  • 05. Fermentation
    48-hour fermentation of dried chrysanthemum in the fermentation room
  • 06. Selection
    Selection process for the right size and picking out impurities
  • 07. Tea Packaging
    Packaging of selected tea leaves using pyramid tea-packaging machine
  • 08. Package Inspection
    Check for any mispackaging and do the final packaging
Persimmon Leaf Tea
  • 01. Ingredients Washing
    After visual inspection, impurities and contami- nants are removed through washing
  • 02. Cutting
    Cutting of ingredients to make processing easy
  • 03. 1st Drying
    Naturally coated persimmon leaves cannot be treated with fixation so leaves are naturally dried under the sun for 30-90 minutes.
  • 04. Rolling
    Rub and roll leaves and cause damage on leaves to induce faster infusing of flavor in the tea water
  • 05. Selection

  • 01. Ingredients Washing

    Cutting dried ingredients into 3-5cm in size
  • 04. Selection
    Stage for sorting by sizes and picking out impurities

    Panning of dried leaves in a steaming pan to increase its unique scent and flavor
